The hotel in a really cool area. It was approx 15 mins walk from East Beach. Really really nice stay.

The hotel is well priced and located in a really cool area close to the beach, Palace of Fine Arts Theatre, Golden Gate Bridge, and Presidio Park. The staff was fabulously friendly and really helped us during our stay. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from a movie theater. The restaurant is conveniently located within 700 feet from the hotel.

The Inn At Golden Gate is our top choice for a budget-friendly hotel in San Francisco. The staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. Its convenient location near Presidio Park, Palace of Fine Arts, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers.

Had a really nice stay during our visit; glad I chose it. The staff were very friendly the whole time of our stay. The queen room was tastefully decorated and included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The hotel was placed in a central location close to the bridge. Had lunch/dinner at C C's Cocktail Lounge, which we found a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Our stay at the Inn At Golden Gate was really nice. The location was perfect, only a 10-15 minute walk from Marina District. There were a supermarket and a convenience store nearby the hotel.

Great location near popular attractions and convenient public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff provided useful information. Nice breakfast to enjoy in the room.

Rooms were small and cramped, especially for families. Unclean and grubby common areas.

Had a great Xmas stay at a hotel in SF. Loved the convenient location near the Marina district and walking distance to the Wharf. The room was clean and spacious for our family of four. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from our neighbors at times. Parking was also a bit tricky, as it was first come first served.

My room included climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge. It included a very comfy bed and a private bathroom. Hotel's location was incredible and amazing, in downtown. It was also next to Presidio park and palace of fine arts, and Presidio and Marina restaurant and shops.

Good location, clean, updated, large room, friendly staff

I was very pleased with my stay. The location was great as I was in town for a race near Chrissy Field/Golden Gate area. I felt very safe in this part of town and was able to walk back and forth to the waterfront. It is also close to Chestnut and Union street so there are pleanty of food options. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. They helped me book a shuttle to get back to the airport. The rooms were more than adequate for the price. If I ever go back to San Fransisco I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
